Strategic Operational Regions (SORs)

Consistent with our overall organizational structure and mission statement, it is our intention to create regional presence in Africa to cover four major strategic operational regions (SORs). If it is deemed operationally feasible, our regional programs/projects are to run concurrently of each other enabling for broader timely inter-regional collaboration and partnership.

Criteria and Selection

The overall criteria and selection processes for community-based, capacity-building programs consistent with our stated objectives shall possess the following:

Centrality/proximity to target community

Need-based

Broad-based

Economical/effectiveness of delivery

Accessibility for outreach

Infrastructural availability/potential

Penetration effect/impact/influence

Acceptance and commitment for partnership/collaboration

Portability/duplication/sustainability

Target Groups in the Field

Children in a school setting

Women’s groups and organizations

Local farmers and business entrepreneurs

Community health centers

Local administrators in education and government

Local NGOs and CSOs
